Salary: $135,000–$165,000 + performance-related bonus

What you will do

  • Partner with sales and channel leaders to identify enablement needs and priorities across geographies.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement programs supporting key solutions and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and sales leadership to create training and learning assets.
  • Lead sales training sessions and workshops using diverse and modern learning formats.
  • Continuously improve enablement content based on feedback and field insights.
  • Define and track metrics to measure enablement adoption and impact on sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in technology/software sales enablement.
  • Strong experience in sales content creation and delivering high-impact presentations.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in multinational environments.
  • Analytical mindset to measure program effectiveness and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
