What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement by writing code and conducting architectural reviews.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Drive platform scalability and geographic expansion ensuring performance across global regions.
• Champion the platform through community engagement and technical evangelism.
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance workflow orchestration and automation.
• Mentor engineers in navigating complex financial domain challenges and career growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years in platform development with at least 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Java with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience building service-oriented architectures in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal, n8n, or Pipedream is a plus.
• Strong agile mindset and proactive use of AI to optimize software development lifecycle.
