TL;DR

Strategic Client Executive (Sales): Lead and manage high-value B2B client relationships for hirify.global’s mental health platform with an accent on strategic account management, client advocacy, and revenue growth. Focus on developing strategic account plans, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and driving commercial outcomes including renewals and upsells.

Location: Must permanently reside in the United States. Hybrid work model for San Francisco area with 3 days per week onsite.

Salary: $101,300-$120,000 base annually plus quarterly variable and equity.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic client relationships and deliver hirify.global’s value to large B2B clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company growth.
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, managing multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams and conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform client strategy and advocate for client needs internally.
  • Drive commercial outcomes including renewals, revenue retention, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must permanently reside in the United States.
  • 6-8+ years in strategic client-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and managing large complex accounts.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to demonstrate ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives and high emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment as a proactive self-starter.
