What you will do

• Coordinate risk analysis and develop internal audit plans for assigned areas.
• Schedule and lead audit engagements, ensuring objectives are met with a focus on internal control design.
• Supervise staff auditors and contractors, reviewing workpapers and managing project timelines.
• Prepare audit reports and conduct entry/exit meetings to obtain management concurrence.
• Perform follow-up on identified audit findings and management action plans.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of risk and control awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Expertise in the asset management or securities industries, including investment products and operations.
• Professional designation (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA) or active pursuit thereof is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta office four days per week.
