What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Product Specialists and Project Managers.
• Act as an executive point of contact for clients during onboarding to ensure long-term value.
• Drive internal operational cadence via stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
• Leverage AI insights and automation to identify risk signals and optimize workflows.
• Handle project escalations with speed, empathy, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to eliminate silos.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding
• 3+ years leading and coaching teams in a high-growth environment
• Strong software aptitude with ability to explain complex product functionality
• Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights in operational workflows
• Proficiency in project management tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence
• Ability to manage global teams across multiple time zones
