What you will do

• Manage policies, practices, and operations for technology product selection, negotiation, and licensing.
• Negotiate, extend, terminate, and renegotiate contracts for equipment and services.
• Arbitrate contract-related claims, complaints, and disputes.
• Conduct network analyses to assess vendor capabilities and recommend new partners.
• Develop tools for risk assessments and issue resolution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and leadership to drive digital service delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA (sponsorship is not provided).
• Extensive experience in project management and vendor management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of contract management, procurement standards, and negotiation techniques.
• Experience in stakeholder management and applying empathy with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in a related procurement or vendor management role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery standards.
• Experience with Software Licensing legal practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CTPS or CTPE.
• Expertise in global sourcing strategies.
