What you will do
- Manage policies, practices, and operations for technology product selection, negotiation, and licensing.
- Negotiate, extend, terminate, and renegotiate contracts for equipment and services.
- Arbitrate contract-related claims, complaints, and disputes.
- Conduct network analyses to assess vendor capabilities and recommend new partners.
- Develop tools for risk assessments and issue resolution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and leadership to drive digital service delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (sponsorship is not provided).
- Extensive experience in project management and vendor management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of contract management, procurement standards, and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder management and applying empathy with diverse teams.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in a related procurement or vendor management role.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery standards.
- Experience with Software Licensing legal practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CTPS or CTPE.
