What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for provider practices and health systems, delivering education, training, and support.
- Act as liaison between Cohere and providers in government-sponsored health plans, ensuring compliance and alignment.
- Manage and resolve provider escalations, coordinating with clinical, compliance, legal, and operational teams.
- Lead provider onboarding, program implementation, and workflow transitions.
- Engage providers through outreach and education to improve adherence and optimize prior authorization workflows.
- Monitor portfolio performance using reporting and scorecards to identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- 3+ years healthcare experience in account management, client services, or provider relations.
- Experience with government healthcare programs (CMS), Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care models.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills with experience using Excel or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% within the mid-Atlantic region.
