What you will do
- Lead delivery and success for key travel enterprise customers, managing timelines, risks, and execution plans.
- Define and track success metrics such as automation rate, CSAT impact, and cost savings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI, and partners to ensure aligned priorities and momentum.
- Translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps bridging business and technical teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow revenue.
- Represent hirify.global as a trusted AI transformation partner in the travel industry.
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, customer success, or solution delivery.
- Must be located in Berlin or Munich offices.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with data-driven communication.
- Comfortable engaging with Directors and VPs and managing complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems without coding requirements.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.

- Background in travel, mobility, marketplaces, AI/automation platforms, or fast-scaling SaaS.
