What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to demo to close
- Handle cross-sell and expansion opportunities with existing customers (about 20% of role)
- Sell core product offerings to e-commerce brands across APAC
- Own and exceed sales quota
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to qualify and convert inbound leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer transition post-sale
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
- 2–3+ years of proven sales closing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Experience running discovery, live demos, and managing multi-stakeholder deals
- Consistently exceed quota targets with a winner mindset
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex solutions
- Entrepreneurial, coachable, curious, and self-directed in fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- Experience selling to or working within the e-commerce space
- Experience at a tech startup or scale-up
- Background as an e-commerce founder or working directly with DTC brands
