What you will do
- Execute structured prospecting campaigns in coordination with marketing to generate leads.
- Present and sell the Passive Income Plan, addressing client questions and objections.
- Track and manage pipeline activity and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Act as a trusted contact for clients, responding to queries and ensuring full resolution.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring KYC/AML compliance and providing platform guidance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and process client requests in line with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within capital markets or financial services.
- Genuine interest in and understanding of capital markets, trading, or investment products.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and convert prospects through structured outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (French, German, or Italian) are an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a regulated banking or brokerage environment.
- Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations (FINMA) and/or EU frameworks (MiFID II, AML/KYC).
- Knowledge of hirify.global's product suite or similar online trading platforms.
