What you will do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from opportunity origination through deal closure.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Lead customers through a consultative, solution-oriented sales process aligned to their business needs.
  • Prospect for new customers using direct methods, business networking, and lead generation tools.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for mid-size and enterprise customers.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers across various industries.
  • Proven record of success in prospecting, relationship building, and closing key logo accounts.
  • Experience managing C-level and senior-level relationships in the Swiss mid-size and enterprise market.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed sales environment.
  • Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Multilingual: German and English required.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in SAP solutions.
