What you will do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust, predictable sales pipeline for mid-size and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales processes tailored to client business needs.
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to support sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the organization at global and local industry events.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience selling IT solutions to enterprise-level customers.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts.
  • Deep experience managing senior-level relationships within the Swiss market.
  • Proficiency in German and English is required.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.

Nice to have

  • Proven expertise in SAP solutions.
