What you will do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust, predictable sales pipeline for mid-size and enterprise accounts.
- Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales processes tailored to client business needs.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to support sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the organization at global and local industry events.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience selling IT solutions to enterprise-level customers.
- Proven track record in prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts.
- Deep experience managing senior-level relationships within the Swiss market.
- Proficiency in German and English is required.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
Nice to have
- Proven expertise in SAP solutions.
