What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social) tailored specifically to the professional standards and business etiquette of the DACH market.
- Deep-dive into targeted accounts to identify key decision-makers, leveraging AI and prospecting tools to identify intent signals.
- Conduct high-impact, 5-minute product demonstrations in both German and English.
- Research and qualify prospects to ensure they meet technical and business requirements before handing them over to the Sales Representatives based in Berlin.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and submit weekly and monthly pipe create commits to ensure a predictable and transparent handover process.
- Act as a bridge between the DACH market and our global teams, providing feedback on regional customer needs, local compliance concerns, and competitor trends.
Requirements
- Native or near-native (C1/C2) fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification, outbound sales, or as an SDR/BDR.
- An enthusiastic approach to creating interest in prospects and a passion for navigating the complexities of the DACH business environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with a refined Business German style.

- Familiarity with the regional nuances of German-speaking business cultures (e.g., the importance of data privacy/GDPR and local industry standards).
- A hunter mindset with the ability to handle rejection and pivot strategies to break into competitive accounts.
