What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads within new accounts to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Prospect enterprise clients through personalized cold calls, emails, and multi-touch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and develop high-potential opportunities.
  • Anticipate objections and position tailored solutions to advance prospects in the sales cycle.
  • Manage a high volume of target accounts with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Synthesize complex information to make it relevant for executive buyers.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Sankt Gallen office twice a week
  • Languages: Proficient in German and English
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Proactive, methodical work approach with resilience and ownership.
  • Interest in SaaS and eagerness to grow in sales.
