What you will do
- Provide strategic account management to medium sized advertisers and media agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels.
- Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on hirify.global’s technology.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and use market knowledge to support client development.
- Create successful campaigns in line with client's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field.
- Excellent phone-based sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
