What you will do
- Lead technical demonstrations showcasing how hirify.global solves business problems.
- Facilitate multi-threaded discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders to uncover KPIs and pain points.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to define deal strategies and craft resonant messaging.
- Lead value-based conversations linking product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Provide actionable customer feedback to product teams to shape the roadmap.
- Drive team growth through internal enablement, training, and refining messaging playbooks.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK with hybrid work arrangement
- 5+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally in HR-tech.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills for high-stakes conversations.
- Proven collaborative selling experience across teams and time zones.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical buyers and lead with value.
- Consultative mindset with resilience and motivation to win as a team.
