What you will do
- Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through calling, emailing, and social media.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and iterate target lists based on market research and feedback.
- Partner with the sales team on interested prospects, providing key stakeholder and client information.
- Maintain a clear record of sales data through Salesforce.com.
- Deliver compelling presentations to compel new clients to work with the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lead generation or sales experience in a high-growth business environment, selling SaaS or HR solutions to large corporations.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools including ZoomInfo and Outreach.io.
- Language requirements: Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
- Previous success in an Inside Sales or Business Development role.
