What you will do

  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and iterate target lists based on market research and feedback.
  • Partner with the sales team on interested prospects, providing key stakeholder and client information.
  • Maintain a clear record of sales data through Salesforce.com.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to compel new clients to work with the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of lead generation or sales experience in a high-growth business environment, selling SaaS or HR solutions to large corporations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools including ZoomInfo and Outreach.io.
  • Language requirements: Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
  • Previous success in an Inside Sales or Business Development role.
