What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, train, and mentor a team of 6-8 Mid-Market Account Executives in Italy.
  • Drive performance through metrics, pipeline quality, and conversion optimization.
  • Define and execute sales strategy including segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Create a culture of excellence, feedback, and enthusiasm within the sales team.
  • Support individual growth and career development of team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate.
  • 4+ years of full sales cycle experience with proven track record.
  • Experience managing or coaching sales teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and native-level Italian.
  • Motivation to work in cybersecurity mission-driven environment.
