Salary: Between $272,000 USD and $408,000 USD (USA-based roles) / Between $254,000 CAD and $381,000 CAD (Canada-based roles)

- Lead and scale the Infrastructure and Platform services engineering organization.
- Deliver secure, scalable, highly resilient services and tooling.
- Operationalize the “as a service” model.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Security, and Product Engineering to prioritize investments.
- Grow and develop talent, foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and ownership.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
- Technical expertise: Strong background in building and operating cloud-native, cloud-scale platform and infrastructure services.
- Security acumen: Solid understanding of modern identity, secrets management, and access control patterns is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead organizations through transformation while delivering reliable infrastructure services to internal customers.
- Ability to connect technical strategy to business outcomes and inspire teams around both near- and long-term goals.
