What you will do
- Help define and shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers into a high performing and self-organizing team.

- Drive excellence by reviewing others’ work through code reviews and technical design reviews.
- Engage with partner teams to help determine the priority of items on the team’s roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of managing software engineering teams.
- 10+ years of software development experience on backend, large scale distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, AI-based testing tools, and automation frameworks used in modern software engineering.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, model evaluation, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong knowledge of development workflows including planning, coding, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Experience with modern cloud environments and AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
