What you will do

• Conduct pre-booked home visits with qualified customers to close deals on heat pumps, solar, insulation, and other green technologies.
• Build your own pipeline through referrals, warm outreach, and cold calling to consistently hit and exceed targets.
• Manage and track your sales activity through HubSpot CRM.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to drive repeat referrals and keep your pipeline full.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license.
• Proven experience in field or door-to-door sales
• Strong objection handling skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage pipeline.
• Self-starter mentality: you treat this like your own business.

• Experience in renewables or energy is a bonus.
