What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent roles from initial sourcing to final placement.
  • Identify and engage top-tier talent through strategic headhunting and professional networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their hiring requirements.
  • Provide data-driven market insights to advise both clients and candidates on hiring strategy.
  • Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure quality matches.
  • Execute business development activities to grow the client desk and exceed performance targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a successful consultant in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong capabilities in headhunting and relationship-led recruitment strategies.
  • Commercial mindset with the resilience and motivation to build a desk.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Confidence in qualifying roles and managing high-stakes client expectations.
