Salary: $96,000–$111,000/year base, with OTE $160,000–$185,000/year including bonus and commission

What you will do

  • Own commercial relationships and strategy for a portfolio of hirify.global's most strategic, complex partners to drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Architect and implement scalable co-sell and co-delivery programs ensuring pipeline generation and flawless execution.
  • Establish executive alignment through quarterly and annual business reviews with partner stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor regional sales leadership and account executives on advanced partner engagement best practices.
  • Identify ecosystem gaps and lead recruitment of new strategic partners.
  • Manage forecasting, deal structuring, and joint marketing initiatives with partners.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in the United States.
  • 7+ years experience in Partner Sales, Alliances Management, or Strategic Business Development in B2B SaaS, especially marketing technology or CRM.
  • Proven success building and scaling complex strategic partnerships with multi-million dollar revenue goals.
  • Deep knowledge of MarTech/AdTech and experience managing Global System Integrators or major technology alliances.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence at executive level.
