What you will do

  • Drive services revenue growth by increasing bookings and attach rates in priority accounts.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers on account planning and pipeline development.
  • Lead discovery sessions to translate technical needs into scoped, value-based services engagements.
  • Develop business cases and presentations outlining scope, milestones, and cost justification.
  • Manage end-to-end services sales cycle including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, contracting, and governance processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in North America (Boston, Massachusetts).
  • Significant experience in consultative B2B selling of professional services or complex software, preferably embedded/IoT.
  • Proven success closing high-value, complex engagements and managing full sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of embedded software development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into regulated or safety-critical industries (automotive, medical, defense).
  • Familiarity with safety/security standards like ISO 26262, IEC 61508.
  • Background in embedded platforms or prior engineering/architect roles.
  • Experience with value-based pricing and services business case development.
