TL;DR

Head Of Partner Sales (AI): Leading and developing the Partner Sales team focused on Systems Integrators to drive partner-sourced revenue and strategic relationships. Focus on building partner sales processes, coaching sales talent, and executing go-to-market strategies in a hybrid US office environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY with hybrid work format requiring office presence at least 25% of the time

Salary: $355,000 - $425,000 USD annually (OTE including base and commissions)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a Partner Sales team managing complex Systems Integrator relationships and revenue targets
  • Set strategic direction for engagement with global and regional integrators including go-to-market planning and deal strategy
  • Serve as executive-level contact with senior stakeholders at key partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success to support deal progression
  • Partner with enablement teams to provide training and tools for sales success
  • Contribute to partner sales playbooks, processes, and recruiting efforts

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States
  • 5+ years managing partner or channel sales teams and 10+ years in partner sales or enterprise sales
  • Proven success driving revenue through Systems Integrators or similar enterprise partners
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience in deal structuring and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels including C-suite
  • Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and customer engagements

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, cloud platforms, or high-growth tech categories
  • Background working with major Systems Integrators or global consulting firms
  • Experience managing partner sales teams across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or API-first business models
  • Track record of building partner sales functions from early stages
