What you will do
- Deliver against sales and pipeline goals while prioritizing outstanding customer experience
- Build and execute territory sales plans for Kubernetes optimization technology
- Partner with Solution Engineering to drive solution-focused sales conversations
- Lead customers through the full sales cycle, including forecasting and deal closing
- Refine sales processes to reduce friction and accelerate adoption
- Collaborate with marketing on pipeline generation campaigns
Requirements
- Must be based in the US East time zone
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Technical understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems
- Strong sales forecasting, CRM management, and self-discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
