Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £52,000 – £65,000

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and contracting processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing transactional and strategic client needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations for existing and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate account records and revenue projections in the company CRM.
  • Perform regular account reviews and analysis to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the London specialty/wholesale insurance market.
  • Proven professional background as a Broker, Underwriter, or Account Manager.
  • Intermediate understanding of the insurance risk placement process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to operate collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in learning new technological platforms and insurance terminology.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience using the Whitespace platform.
  • Experience in managing complex SaaS or technology-driven client accounts.
