What you will do

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for approximately 165 core accounts across the UK and Ireland.
• Proactively initiate early renewal discussions and prepare accurate renewal quotations.
• Maintain up-to-date account records in Salesforce to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and additional product opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support revenue targets and forecasting.
