What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of RFI, RFP, and ITT tender responses from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, legal, and finance to gather content.
• Translate complex technical and commercial data into persuasive, client-focused proposal narratives.
• Prioritize and manage multiple bid opportunities simultaneously while ensuring strict deadline compliance.
• Champion the use of technology and AI tools to enhance the efficiency of the bid lifecycle.
• Analyze win/loss outcomes to refine future proposal strategies and maintain a centralized knowledge base.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end RFI/RFP/ITT processes for high-value opportunities.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from Bedford, UK.
• Proven ability to craft high-quality, compelling written proposals.
• Advanced project management skills with experience coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in bid management platforms, CRM systems, and proposal automation tools.
