What you will do
- Support EMEA Sales leadership with weekly forecast reviews and pipeline inspections.
- Build and maintain dashboards in CRM and BI tools to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and enforce standardized pipeline management practices across the region.
- Assist in quarterly planning cycles including target tracking and territory alignment.
- Partner with Finance to ensure revenue visibility and reporting alignment.
- Identify process gaps and document GTM workflows and internal playbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for data analysis.
- Strong experience managing forecasting processes and pipeline reporting.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based in the EMEA region to support regional sales leadership.
