Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 plus commissions and equity.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, business, and operational stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and incremental revenue.
  • Support the full sales cycle including discovery, solution positioning, and proposal preparation.
  • Track pipeline, maintain accurate customer records, and provide sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized and accountable manner.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and sales methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management processes.
  • Foundational knowledge or interest in AI and data-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional internal teams.
