TL;DR

Customer Success Account Manager (AI): Managing and growing customer relationships within growth-tier accounts with an accent on account retention and in-year growth. Focus on ROI models, customer self-service, and building executive-level relationships.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $110,000-$135,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-20 existing customer accounts, achieving goals related to account retention and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing clients through business reviews and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the solution consulting team to create tailored demos.
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline within Gong and Salesforce.
  • Lead efforts to encourage customer self-service within the hirify.global platform.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with Customer Success and Deployment teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management, owning renewals and expansions.
  • Proven experience in value-selling and building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
  • Sales experience with a call center operations background.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of complex, technical AI solutions.
  • Proven results meeting/exceeding sales goals and retention targets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Nice to have

  • Previous AI experience within the space.
  • Masters and technical degree.
