What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 existing customer accounts, achieving goals related to account retention and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing clients through business reviews and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the solution consulting team to create tailored demos.
- Manage forecasting and pipeline within Gong and Salesforce.
- Lead efforts to encourage customer self-service within the hirify.global platform.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with Customer Success and Deployment teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management, owning renewals and expansions.
- Proven experience in value-selling and building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
- Sales experience with a call center operations background.
- Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of complex, technical AI solutions.
- Proven results meeting/exceeding sales goals and retention targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
