What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning AI solutions with business and technical goals.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, and prototypes to demonstrate value within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles by translating needs into technical solutions that drive business impact.
• Oversee technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, security questionnaires, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Simplify complex technical information for both executive and technical decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing market insights and surfacing customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, or software implementation.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and SaaS integration patterns.
• Proven ability supporting enterprise or mid-market segments in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience navigating complex technical conversations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT, security compliance, and vendor assessment requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Austin, TX.
