Location: Hybrid role based out of hubs in New York City, Austin, or Chicago

Compensation: $141,500 – $198,900

What you will do

  • Partner with sales teams to structure complex enterprise deals and maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing in Salesforce, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Design and scale quote-to-cash processes and system architecture to support company hypergrowth.
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on deep analysis of deal negotiation data.
  • Collaborate across GTM Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product to resolve complex deal bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on consumption-based pricing for revenue leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, sales operations, or revenue operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven expertise in consumption-based pricing models and recurring revenue deal structuring.
  • Strong command of Salesforce order management and system design optimization.
  • Ability to balance strategic deal structuring with meticulous attention to compliance requirements.
  • Bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from NYC, Austin, or Chicago hubs.
