- Drive ARR growth and maximize customer lifetime value during renewal events.
- Meet or exceed perpetual and subscription renewal targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal go-to-market teams and external clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire renewal journey.
- Communicate hirify.global's vision clearly to various stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Identify and communicate risk to ensure stable financial forecasting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in software sales or renewals.
- Proven relationship management skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Experience with Salesforce processes and sales hygiene best practices.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Must be based in the Boston area.
