Location: Washington, D.C.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

What you will do

  • Improve sales team productivity through process enhancements and modern GTM tooling
  • Serve as the primary resource for pipeline, territory assignments, quota tracking, and operational questions
  • Execute pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and performance reporting ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain core GTM dashboards covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, attainment, and activity metrics
  • Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally to implement fixes
  • Coordinate GTM projects such as comp plan rollouts, territory updates, and tool changes

Requirements

  • Location: Washington, D.C.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations with CRM management (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with high standards for data accuracy and process consistency
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data and operational context to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and close tasks independently in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Experience in analytics, finance, or top-tier consulting environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build processes from scratch
  • Business acumen related to pipelines, quotas, and revenue metrics
