What you will do

  • Improve sales team productivity through process optimization and modern GTM tooling
  • Serve as the primary resource for pipeline, quota tracking, and operational questions
  • Execute pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and performance reporting with accurate and actionable data
  • Maintain core GTM dashboards and investigate data discrepancies cross-functionally
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support revenue processes for new product launches
  • Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs to scale revenue operations

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY
  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, analytics, or related fields
  • Hands-on CRM management experience, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with high standards for data accuracy and process consistency
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data and operational context
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work independently in fast-changing environments

Nice to have

  • Experience in finance or top-tier consulting environments
