What you will do
- Improve sales team productivity through process optimization and modern GTM tooling
- Serve as the primary resource for pipeline, quota tracking, and operational questions
- Execute pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and performance reporting with accurate and actionable data
- Maintain core GTM dashboards and investigate data discrepancies cross-functionally
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support revenue processes for new product launches
- Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs to scale revenue operations
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, analytics, or related fields
- Hands-on CRM management experience, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with high standards for data accuracy and process consistency
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data and operational context
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work independently in fast-changing environments
