What you will do
- Improve sales team productivity through process and modern GTM tooling
- Serve as the go-to resource for pipeline, territory assignments, quota tracking, and operational questions
- Execute pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and performance reporting ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain core GTM dashboards covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, attainment, and activity metrics
- Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally to implement fixes
- Coordinate GTM projects such as comp plan rollouts, territory updates, and tool changes
Requirements
- Location: Washington, D.C., United States
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations with CRM management (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with high standards for data accuracy and process consistency
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data and operational context
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and close tasks independently in fast-paced environments
