Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit required)

What you will do

  • Maintain consistent daily communication with existing customers to support their needs.
  • Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Develop consultative relationships to help customers maximize the value of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to execute account plans and drive engagement.
  • Manage quote preparation, order processing, and day-to-day client requests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese required.
  • Valid authorization to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
