What you will do
- Partner with Sales to analyze prospect requirements and business challenges using the MEDDPICC framework.
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting key opportunities, answering complex functional/technical questions, and leading the technical response for RFIs and RFPs.
- Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of the hirify.global suite to C-level stakeholders.
- Serve as the regional expert on the sustainability regulatory landscape, supply chain / sustainability procurement trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Act as a key stakeholder providing regional feedback on market trends to influence future product strategy.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or technical Sustainability roles.
- Deep understanding of the sustainability procurement or supply chain functions, ESG trends, and the global regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical and regulatory concepts for executive audiences in English and Spanish language.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g.Salesforce) and a proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A self-motivated fast learner with a "consultative" approach to solving customer problems. Adaptability to navigate a fast-growing organization and an evolving market.
