What you will do
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to grow client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.
- Analyze client data to recommend product adoption strategies.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve products.
- Identify and optimize upsell, engagement, and retention signals using data.
- Collaborate closely with the Inbound Sales Lead and sales team in Barcelona.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work format.
- At least two years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
- Proficiency in French and English languages.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic startup environment.
