What you will do
- Drive revenue growth across France through upsell and cross-sell activities.
- Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and anticipate business concerns.
- Analyze data to make recommendations ensuring proper product adoption and usage.
- Collect and share customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Optimize and set up new data-driven ways to identify upsell, engagement, and retention signals.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
- Strong commercial acumen to understand client challenges and identify upselling opportunities.
- Customer-centric approach with empathetic communication skills.
- Results-driven with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Proficiency in French and English is required.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work format.
