What you will do

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to grow client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.
  • Analyze client data to recommend product adoption strategies.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve products.
  • Identify and optimize upsell, engagement, and retention signals using data.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inbound Sales Lead and sales team in Barcelona.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work format.
  • At least two years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Proficiency in French and English languages.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic startup environment.
