What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth across France through upsell and cross-sell activities.
  • Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and anticipate business concerns.
  • Analyze data to make recommendations ensuring proper product adoption and usage.
  • Collect and share customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Optimize and set up new data-driven ways to identify upsell, engagement, and retention signals.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen to understand client challenges and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathetic communication skills.
  • Results-driven with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work format.
