What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas targeting new and existing enterprise customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Manage full sales cycles and develop account plans to accelerate sales velocity
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives including C-level and sustainability leaders
- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to drive account growth and customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry conferences and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hirify.global solutions
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona with hybrid work arrangement
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 3 years in enterprise software sales to Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record in SaaS sales and exceeding quotas
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Experience engaging C-level executives and multiple stakeholders in complex sales cycles
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally periodically
