Account Manager (Fintech SaaS): Closing migration opportunities for existing customers transitioning to a SaaS platform with an accent on driving deal velocity, managing multiple opportunities, and leading pricing discussions. Location: Must be based in Germany or the DACH region, with flexibility to work remotely and up to 90 days from abroad.

What you will do

  • Own and close a high volume of migration opportunities within an existing customer base.
  • Drive deal velocity through clear next steps, structured follow-ups, and commercial urgency.
  • Manage multiple opportunities concurrently with relatively short sales cycles.
  • Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and progress opportunities through to close.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and reliable forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR, or junior sales role within SaaS or software.
  • Readiness to step into a closing-focused role with clear revenue accountability.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing repeatable deal motions.
  • Resilience, pace, and motivation in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes.
  • Native/Fluent German & English communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial planning software or corporate performance management (CPM) solutions.
