What you will do
- Own and close a high volume of migration opportunities within an existing customer base.
- Drive deal velocity through clear next steps, structured follow-ups, and commercial urgency.
- Manage multiple opportunities concurrently with relatively short sales cycles.
- Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and progress opportunities through to close.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and reliable forecasting.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR, or junior sales role within SaaS or software.
- Readiness to step into a closing-focused role with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong organisational skills and comfort managing repeatable deal motions.
- Resilience, pace, and motivation in a target-driven environment.
- Positive, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes.
- Native/Fluent German & English communication skills required.
