What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads from various sources such as content downloads and webinar sign-ups
- Execute outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities
- Apply consultative sales techniques to understand organizational priorities
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth
- Set up qualified appointments using effective selling skills
- Continuously learn about the product to provide high-level introductions to prospects
- Innovate prospecting processes and provide feedback to Sales Management
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid in Chemnitz
- University degree or professional training in business administration, economics, or communication
- Previous phone experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales development beneficial
- Curiosity about internal and external communication topics
- Interest in starting a career in enterprise sales within the SaaS sector
- Business fluent English and excellent German communication skills required
