What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads from various sources such as content downloads and webinar sign-ups
  • Execute outbound campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to understand organizational priorities
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Set up qualified appointments using effective selling skills
  • Continuously learn about the product to provide high-level introductions to prospects
  • Innovate prospecting processes and provide feedback to Sales Management

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid in Chemnitz
  • University degree or professional training in business administration, economics, or communication
  • Previous phone experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales development beneficial
  • Curiosity about internal and external communication topics
  • Interest in starting a career in enterprise sales within the SaaS sector
  • Business fluent English and excellent German communication skills required
