What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and convert new Enterprise opportunities in the Italian market.
- Build and execute territory and account acquisition strategies.
- Generate pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partner collaboration.
- Manage consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
- Position hirify.global Cloud and full portfolio focusing on Cloud transformation.
- Engage C-level and key business decision-makers to develop value propositions.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Italian and English.
- 8+ years of new business experience in Enterprise software sales, with proven success in the Italian market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently.
