TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Enterprise): Driving strategic growth within a defined portfolio of large Enterprise accounts in Italy, focusing on expanding existing relationships, identifying transformation opportunities, and positioning the full hirify.global Cloud platform at C-level. Focus on complex, consultative sales cycles with large deal structures and orchestrating cross-functional teams to win high-value deals.

Location: Flexible remote working arrangements in Rome or Vimercate (MB), Italy.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts and a set of prospects.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer business objectives and prospects potential.
  • Drive upsells, cross-sell, and transformation initiatives (Cloud migration, AI, Digital).
  • Engage with C-level and senior executives to position business value.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with large deal structures.
  • Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and system integrators to consolidate existing account and develop new ones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Enterprise software sales experience with proven success in CCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.
  • Strong track record managing large, complex Enterprise accounts in Italy, as well as experience developing new markets.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in long and complex sales cycles.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
