- Pre-qualify leads and secure appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and reporting within the CRM system.
- Gather testimonials and evidence from existing readers to support sales proposals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore.
- Language: Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Proven experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Professional telephone manner with the confidence to speak with senior executives.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with a readiness to perform 30+ cold calls per day.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
