What you will do

• Manage data entry and validation tasks within Salesforce and SAP systems
• Generate reports on renewal status, pipeline health, and customer engagement metrics
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to support renewal operations
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for renewal workflows
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Engage with partners and distributors to support the broader renewal team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Interest in hardware, IT infrastructure, or B2B technology
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
