What you will do

• Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships with key accelerators, universities, and developer communities.
• Design and execute scalable, community-driven initiatives to attract and support AI-native startups.
• Plan and manage high-impact events including founder meetups, hackathons, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture startup pipeline and drive platform adoption.
• Develop enablement resources such as playbooks, onboarding guides, and case studies.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure community success and program impact.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in community management or partnership development.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in the startup ecosystem (accelerators, AI startups, or founder networks).
• Strong understanding of the AI and cloud computing landscape.
• Proven ability to manage ecosystem partnerships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
