What you will do
- Oversee B2B demand generation strategy ensuring steady flow of MQLs and SQLs to meet growth targets.
- Lead planning and execution of B2B events across core European regions using AI-driven analytics and ABM tactics.
- Collaborate with Paid Marketing team to optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, leveraging AI for real-time optimization.
- Partner with Organic/Content teams to develop inbound lead generation content like whitepapers and webinars.
- Coordinate with New Business and Customer Success teams for lead follow-up and pipeline ownership.
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and analytics reporting using HubSpot CRM with AI-enhanced insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
- Strong full-funnel marketing expertise balancing brand events and demand channels.
- AI-first mindset with experience in campaign optimization and predictive modeling.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
