What you will do
- Research and identify high-potential target accounts to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and turn interest into sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to execute territory attack plans and schedule demos.
- Partner with Marketing to amplify webinars and events, managing invitations and follow-ups.
- Represent the company at in-person events to drive field engagement.
- Maintain precise records in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development with a track record in outbound prospecting.
- Fluency in English and German is required for this role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree.
